We’re here to make the process of exchanging products as seamless as possible. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to initiate an exchange:
Steps to Exchange Your Product:
- Check Exchange Eligibility
Ensure that your product is eligible for an exchange:- Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Contact Us
Email us at marpitta2024@gmail.com or call us at 9315727583 to initiate the exchange process. Please provide:- Your Order ID
- Name of the product
- Reason for exchange
- Return the Product
Once your request is approved, ship the product back to us. Ensure it’s securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. - Receive Your Replacement
After we receive the returned item, we will process your replacement and dispatch it within 3-5 business days.
Note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
- Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
